ALMH is a growing movement that is introducing a series of new data and aspects across the Mental Health spectrum: prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, advocating for patients' rights and addressing stigma. These data are interconnected in a functional way to form a holistic and integrated approach. A multitude of objectives and actions in synergy with a large number of stakeholders and target groups are already evolving or planned to be developed in different areas.

International Sport and Culture Association (ISCA) becomes last minute partner to the Inter-Active Living for Mental Health (InALMH) project

The InALMH project has as its core goal the preparation of policy guidelines and the development of an interactive platform for the dissemination and creation of physical exercise practices for use in the broader field of Mental Health.
The project is funded by ERASMUS + / Sport and will be implemented by a wide partnership of 12 partners under the coordination of ENALMH. Besides the individual partnering organisations UoA (GR), UTH (GR) Polytecnico Porto (PT), Fokus CS (CZ), Merseyside Expanded Horizons (UK), Alzheimer Greece (GR), ARISMA (IT) international and European umbrella organizations as Mental Health Europe (MHE), GAMIAN - Europe, Sport & Citizenship EU Think Tank also participate in the project partnership.

MOVE CONGRESS 2019

First ENALMH’s performance in international fora:

a successful experience.


Over 40 speakers and 460 participants from 5 continents put the spotlight on grassroots sport and physical activity at the 9th MOVE Congress that was organized by the International Sport and Culture Organisation (ISCA) in Budapest within 16 – 18 October.
